Sherry has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry having begun her career in a traditional branch banking environment, moving into internal operations overseeing multiple branch locations and ultimately being selected to be the business lead on strategic initiatives. As the build and simplification leader she was responsible for all operational activities and business requirements for conversions/migrations/upgrades to new ancillary applications and core platforms. As a subject matter expert for deposit operations, she is aligned with IT on all strategic initiatives impacting design and functionality for internal and external clients. She is consistently recognized for her hands-on solid command of operations, business requirements, leadership skills and conversion activities. Her extensive experience as a user of the Fiserv Signature core and integrated applications along in addition to the FIS core provide her with a comprehensive background to be a great resource for any organization.
