Josh believes that the customer comes first and has enjoyed working with numerous financial institutions for over 25 years. Josh has worked numerous roles with financial institutions over those years- working as a bank teller in high school; back-office support in college; training and consulting on various front-line and back-office applications with Kirchman Corporation; training and consulting on various deposit-related, customer-facing documentation customization, and core data report writing with Fiserv (Signature); training and consulting on core data report writing and SQL with Fiserv (DNA). Josh enjoys learning new things and sharing that knowledge with others as well as finding better ways of doing things. Being a die-hard Cubs fan has helped Josh with being patient and appreciative of most things in life.
