Cierra has spent the past 15 years facilitating core and digital processes in the financial technology industry. Creating facilitation processes to streamline client learning and understanding of complex functionality. In her career, she has worked with front-office, back-office, operations and security administration; managed scheduling, quality, and workflow for digital and core financial institution conversion projects. Cierra’s goal is to ensure financial institutions have the skills and readiness to exceed operational business objectives through designed process workflows, quality administration, change management and product optimization. Promoting a positive client experience, Cierra is organized, team-oriented, result-focused, and operates from a servant leadership perspective through communication, subject matter knowledge, growth, and development. Cierra has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership. Cierra is currently obtaining her doctoral degree in Business Administration with a specialization in General Business.
