For over 25 years Amy has supported banks in maximizing their system utilization and operational efficiency. Throughout her career Amy has worked for financial institutions of various sizes as well as for banking software providers. Amy’s roles range from operational support, facilitation, and leadership roles. With each new role Amy grew the position to enhance the client experience.

 

Additionally, Amy is a seasoned financial institution consultant. Amy’s experience focuses on lending, specializing in servicing, but also including origination. Loan servicing experience includes both back-office and client-facing platforms. Amy has performed core conversions, both from the bank side and the software vendor side

Process Improvement and Optimization:
  • Responsible for the scoping, planning, and analysis of multiple financial institutions. The overall effort was to help the banks understand where their efficiencies could be gained through either people, process, or a better and more effective use of their automation ​
Business/Data Analysis:
  • Experience leading cross functional teams in requirements gathering. Documented both functional and non-functional requirements. Defined acceptance criteria. Created user documentation and defined operating processes around new systems. Produced iterative data analysis of aggregate data to create meaningful reports for user and management consumption.
Solutions Consulting:
  • Provided banking expertise, product expertise, solution blueprints and conducted system collaborations session and presentations of proposed solutions and integration points with clients from C-Level through to End-Users. I have performed Bank Assessments focused on identifying opportunities for expense reduction and or revenue enhancement. ​
Facilitation:
  • Provided training in all aspects of loan serving including commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans. This includes customer information, escrow, collateral, rate changes, and any other lending requirements. Also provided training on Customer Information File, Query, and Security.

All SCG consultants have over 15 years of banking experience as well as many years of Signature solution experience.
