With over 23 years of experience in the Banking and Credit Union industry working on the Fiserv DNA platform, Barbara has been assisting Clients with a review of application settings and parameters. Ensuring applications are processed according to specifications and documentation. Assisting with issues that arise during batch processing/file processing.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, puzzles, and playing with the family dog. She is also a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks, where she assists with fundraising for various charities.

Business Analysis:

Evaluate custom applications designed for compatibility with the Core DNA system, meeting client-specific functionality requirements.
Review Core application source code to identify and document reported issues for development team resolution.
Conduct conference calls with clients to address issues and provide resolutions.

Data Analysis:

Utilize SQL to review client data, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and data types.
Develop SQL scripts for data correction and modification to rectify inaccuracies.
Create or modify scripts to address batch processing errors and extract data for external file creation, such as Interest Adjustments.
